My Story:

I am a corporate lawyer with over 16 years’ experience. I started in private practice, specialising in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions work across all sectors. I have supported a wide range of businesses of all sizes to grow, attract people, customers and investment. Beyond the legal work, I am passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted sounding board as they make critical strategic decisions. I believe in clear communication, calm problem-solving and taking a collaborative, human approach to even the most complex deals.

Key Expertise:

I advise companies, founders and investors on corporate law, M&A and funding. I manage transactions end-to-end, from due diligence to negotiation, help clients structure deals, raise investment and reorganise their businesses efficiently. My work spans governance, shareholder arrangements, corporate finance and day-to-day company matters.
