My Story
My career has taken me through fast-paced organisations including Kuoni, Debenhams, Ocado Retail and Compass Group and now to Mercurae. Along the way, I have learned how to support founders and senior leaders through the everyday legal and commercial challenges that come with growing a business. I enjoy working where legal advice meets commercial strategy and I am at my best when helping teams find practical, balanced solutions that really move their business forward.

I believe in being a genuinely commercial lawyer, someone who keeps things clear, practical and tailored to each client’s risk appetite. I enjoy taking the time to understand how a business works and building relationships that make my advice more meaningful and effective.
Most of my work centres around drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, from MSAs and SOWs to SaaS, technology, media, marketing, IP and procurement agreements. I also help busineses strengthen their governance and compliance frameworks across GDPR, data protection, supplier due diligence, finance and HR, making sure they have the right foundations in place as they grow.

Outside Work
I live in Hertfordshire with my husband and two boys. We love going for bike rides, enjoying the garden and taking long family walks. When I have some spare time, I enjoy discovering new restaurants and travelling as much as I can.
